The hotel was clean, seemed like it had been recently renovated, had a great fireplace out on the patio and near the inside bar. The room was very clean, the staff was incredibly attentive and accommodating, the manager went above and beyond when my reservation couldn’t be found, and the hotel was in a nice quiet location that made all of our stops around the area easy to access.

This is my first experience in a "high end" property (and I have been to Mexico, Jamacia, Dominican Rep part of the Excellence collection, Puerto Rico in the last 12 months, ALL provided with bath robes - The Opus did not!

Nice location, not far from Sleepy Hollow and pretty close to stores and restaurants.
Rooms were nice and clean, staff was friendly and check in and check out was a breeze. Breakfast was decent, eggs could use a little more flavor but other than that it was good. My only complaint was they forgot to bring me my crib. Will definitely stay here again
