West Columbia seems to be going through some changes due to the virus it seems as though some stores and things are closed. We were far enough from downtown Columbia that the prices were very good yet close enough that everything was within a 10 minute drive. Really is a good alternative to the higher prices downtown

Specifically searching for a hotel with a pool. Pool closes at 7pm. This is not notes anywhere on the site or woth booking.com.
Also the Ac was broken in the first room. Moved to another, which had holes in the walls, the bathroom door didn't shut, the room door wasn't very secure and the phone in the second room wasn't working.
The room was very nice, one of the nicest places I’ve stayed at. Very clean, very beautiful room. The workers were very welcoming! Check out was at twelve which was even better!
The initial room that I chose to stay in wasn't available when I checked in but the nice elderly lady made it her duty to help out. She replaced my room the next day with ease.
We walked in the room and walked right back to the car. Did not stay. The hotel was not in a safe area and very dirty. Elevator had throw up running down the numbers.
