Been coming here for years with “the girls”.
Love pre season to stay away from the hoards of summer tourists.

I generally stay in the room on the third floor with the two twin beds. I think the bed by the window is definitely due for a new mattress.
I have a back problem and I hardly got any sleep. The mattress was not very comfortable.
Same issue last year.
Other than that, which is kind of a big deal every thing else was good.
Conveniently located within 5 minutes’ walk of Historic Downtown Nantucket, The Nantucket Resort Collection features three Inn's - Chapman, Regatta and Sherburne.

Feels like I am coming home! Staff was very helpful and welcoming. There were snacks and waters readily available through the day for guests. The rooms are appointed with lovely decor and beds were exceptionally comfy. The bathrooms are updated as well and rooms are very clean. There’s nice room air conditioning which made it so comfortable in sleeping. It’s a perfect property to walk into Nantucket’s activities, shops and restaurants.
This hotel on Nantucket Island is 3 miles from the Nantucket Whaling Museum and Nantucket town center. The hotel offers free shuttle services to the town center and Surfside Beach.

I liked everything about this hotel. The room appointments are beautiful, the entire staff is very helpful and friendly, and the shuttle service was easy to use. It was also nice to have more space outside of the downtown area.

We loved our stay at Greydon House. The house itself is perfectly appointed with great taste and respect towards the building's history. The location is perfect, right in town, close to the wharf, the shops, the restaurants, etc. It was a great place to stay. It was comfortable and perfectly clean. Attention to detail is impeccable. We absolutely loved the hotel. The room was spacious and decorated beautifully. The staff were all so friendly and helpful! We stayed at the Residences and loved being able to walk to town, to the Brandt Point Bar and beaches. We also loved having access to the bikes

I loved the location and the privacy. I felt like I was close to all but had privacy as well. The proximity to shopping made it very convenient to prepare food in our cottage when I did not wish to go out to eat.

The staff was great. The breakfast was good but it was the same offering every day. The location is great! The facilities are nice but there are only stairs (which is difficult with luggage) and the rooms are SMALL!!! Their outside seating area is a highlight.

The building was beautiful. Not ultra luxurious but warm, cozy, comfortable, and clean. Very good location….close to ferry, residential neighborhoods, shops, restaurants.
