The hotel felt clean which is most important to me.
Just a short drive from Providence, this hotel elegantly combines all the comforts of home with the amenities of a hotel for a great extended stay in Warwick, Rhode Island.
everything we needed was right there on the hotel site
Featuring barbecue facilities, Homewood Suites by Hilton Providence-Warwick is set in Warwick in the Rhode Island region, 14 km from Johnson and Wales University and 14 km from Dunkin Donut Center.
The room was very comfortable, we had everything we needed for our stay.
City of Warwick is fine. However, the hotel should have had a prior warning about the construction which was in progress during my stay.
I felt it was rather unsafe to walk through workers to and from your room.

The rooms are clean , it has all the amenities needed, location is great if you have your own car. There is nothing I can complain about! Must stay place if you’re visiting Rhode Island as it’s not in the heart of it where things are crowded but in a peaceful.

Make sure housekeeping clean your room/vacuum/makeup bed...
Make sure housekeeping clean your room/vacuum/makeup bed with fresh linen if you request it, we spoke with front desk on two different occasions and still housekeeping didn't do their job, I would request housekeeping through management the next time therefore there shouldn't be an issue, otherwise hotel was decent

I liked the out door grill off the swimming pool.
I liked the out door grill off the swimming pool. I didn't like that there was no service for the bedrooms. You had to take the towels to the front desk for replacements every day and you had to make-up the bed/clean the room yourself. I didn't like that the phone lines in the room did not work and was told that you could use your cell phone to make calls.

Do not stay here. It’s beyond disgusting.
Do not stay here. It’s beyond disgusting. Every surface was disgustingly dirty. I would like to warn anyone that this isn’t a place you should stay. Bedbugs!!! Cigarettes in the bottom of the pool and the carpet looked like it was never cleaned. I didn’t feel safe in this location and didn’t stay. Now I can’t get my money back because I booked through a third party

The worst part of this trip was that my room was not clean.
The worst part of this trip was that my room was not clean. I also had to pay in advance in order to keep my reservations which the app said different. I recieved a very unpleasant women from the hotel that could not even explain this reason. Upon arrival our bathroom was horrible and the refrigerator had ketchup I believe all over it. This was the worst sonesta I have ever been in for the amount I paid the pool was not even open and the breakfast was nasty. Will not recommend staying here till the get better housekeeping and customer service skills.

The air-conditioning, fridge and microwave in the room, free coffee and tea and water all day as well as the complementary breakfast made this an excellent place to spend a few days. It’s great if you have a car but if not the 20 and 66 bus leave from the Radisson that take you into Providence and the 14 to Newport is 15 minutes walk away.
1) Metallic lamps had electrical outlets in their bases 2) USB ports in electrical outlets 3) Good solid countertops that are easy to wipe clean 4) Near airport (within walking distance to departure terminal) 5) Mini sofa bed (thinner than twin size mattress)
Room was in good condition and quiet. Unlike some other places, we at least had towels changed without having to bring ours to the front desk first. Fitness room looked pretty clean.
