The free breakfast was very good and provided a nice variety of food. Breakfast was from 6:30 to 9:30, and the breakfast area was very busy any time after 8 with fewer choices available. Overall, the staff was very helpful and responsive to any requests that we made.

I could’ve stayed at a less expensive hotel but I chose you guys because I thought my experience with my wife would be better than it was. 1. Your coffee is is disgusting and there’s no point in spending the money to put out coffee if you’re not going to go all the way with ensuring that it has decent flavor and is reasonably fresh. 2. While you did have some choices for breakfast, I find it ridiculous that you didn’t have scrambled eggs or muffins, which are two staples of the American breakfast. 3. I’m diabetic so I don’t use sugar in my diet The most popular artificial sweetener in America is Splenda and It was a struggle to obtain it every time I wanted a coffee. 4. The mattress was either old or poor quality and nowhere near as comfortable as one of your primary competitors. 5. Your extra fee for parking to pad your bottom line is ridiculous. I had other options in a similar price range and similar hotel rating with free parking provided. 6. Icemaker on our floor was broken during our stay even though we told the front desk about it multiple times. 7. You had all night to vacuum the common areas and chose to do it while we were having breakfast in the morning sitting down in the breakfast area. You may not be aware of this but there are dust particles kicked up into the air when you’re vacuuming. Nobody wants to breathe that crap in while they are eating!

I liked Moody Street, which was a short walk from our hotel -- there are so many restaurants to choose from. We had breakfast twice at Heidi's Diner, which was a very friendly place with great service. We also had dinner one night at Sakura Japanese Restaurant and the food was very good and the service was also very friendly. We went into Boston twice via the Commuter Rail station and this was very convenient -- just be sure to check the schedule before heading out. There is parking available at the station for $6/day. Once the train comes, it only takes 22 minutes to get to North Station in Boston. The one thing I wanted to do but didn't get to -- walking along the Charles River Trail -- the weather just did not cooperate on the day we could have done it.

There is a historical Watch Factory with a museum. The factor has been converted to an apartment. There is a Charles River trail near the hotel. Plenty parking around the trail. The downtown Moody Street has many restaurants and shops, stores.

Getting around Waltham is a nightmare, and the staff is no help and there is no printed help. If you are not computer savvy (and we are not) you are out of luck and the staff won't much help. So we couldn't find an outside restaurant and there is little in that way in this facility--drinks and snacks, yes,

I was here for two nights to see a medical specialist.

I was here for two nights to see a medical specialist. This was a one-mile drive to my specialist, so that was good. The employees were professional and helpful. Everything, including the key-cards for security access to rooms and elevator, made you feel that this was a very secure location. Ample parking, good breakfast.

The hotel is great. Very clean and inviting. Rooms are large and the kitchen is complete and ready to cook. The host was very polite and explained to us all the necessary details and also provided good information about local restaurants. The hotel is in suburbs of Boston and feels very local. Highly recommend.
