I didn't get to check in and I was talking to a friend from work and was telling him there were more hotels down at the next exit and the lady at the front was listening to our conversation and I let her finish with them and when I told the lady I used booking.com to check in there she told me disrespectfully that there were cheaper hotels down the road go get one of them and I politely told her I done paid for my room and you refusing to let me stay and she said yes go get a room down the road and I said what about a refund and she call deal with it how ever you need to and as I walked out the hotel I was rambling on and in I went outside and told my friend what happened and she come outside taking pictures of my truck and all and I told her to get a picture of my plate to and I talked to my friends and I left. I was very unpleased with how I was treated it was very wrong and very disrespectful. For that I would like to get a full refund please.

We were escaping the effects of Hurricane Helene and it was exactly what we needed. The front staff was SO friendly and kind - particularly Jean (and the lady sitting next to her, whose name we did not catch - short hair, glasses).
The cookies were a nice touch as always, and the room was super-clean and comfortable - I especially loved the chaise lounge!

Room was clean and fresh. No smoke smells or pet odors. Although a bit dated, the furnishings were clean. The continental breakfast is sufficient.
Not clean sticky floors. Used towel left hanging on the bathroom door (not used by me). Big gap between
In room door only appetizer plates for waffles. Room fridge on a counter. Power strips for plugs. Burn mark in comforter. Random dude doing checkout,no uniform no name tag Would say staff had no personality left standing there while being asked who u talked to in the phone for a item left behind that was supposed to be put aside for me. Item was never found after being told it was at the front desk
Don’t stay here

First room was dirty with hairballs, carrots and construction materials, also no A/C. Second was already slept in and had a whole pizza sitting there. Third appeared to be a little better but then we discovered there was no electricity to the bathroom light, microwave, fridge or tv. The sheets looked cleanish so we stayed because we had been driving for 12 hrs and just wanted to go to bed. I WOULD NEVER return to this place.

I just needed to get some sleep and get back on the road. Getting in and out of lodging, though, can be difficult when traveling with a mobility-impaired individual and cats - lots to get in and out. Baymont placed me on the first floor with parking right outside the door. It was just what I needed and much easier than most. The Waffle House right across the parking lot made grabbing a yummy breakfast far easier.

Worst room ever , old, filthy and not renovated as the reviews mentioned. Bedding was not changed. Looked like mouse do do in bed. We showed staff who brought sheets after begging for them. Then I changed the sheets myself. Floor was filthy and my white socks were toast. Overall a horrible experience. Front desk was unresponsive till my wife said not moving till we get clean sheets and pillow cases.

Night driving for seniors would be difficult because the lightening in the area was limited making it difficult to locate entrance ways into hotels and some restaurants. Poor selection of restaurants Resulted in longer then usual wait times to eat.

The queen bed room for 2 people was way too small.
The queen bed room for 2 people was way too small. The lighting in bathroom was inadequate, none over tub, the light over window seat was inop. Way too small of a room for 2 people, especially for $95. We have stayed at this Microtel many times in the past, but it is not as good as before. Pretty disappointed overall.
