The hotel was clean and the room was spacious and comfortable. It was very easy to get to the hotel as it was right off the highway. The staff was all kind and did a great job keeping the hotel clean. You could tell they took pride in their work. It was consistent with our experience at the other holiday inn express we stayed at as well. The hot breakfast in the morning was delicious and there were a lot of options. The bed and pillows were so soft and comfortable. Felt expensive but the price wasn't bad! Staff was accommodating to us even though we came in at such a late hour due to traveling a long way. Also, the shampoo and conditioner privided made my hair feel so soft! A welcome feeling after our camping trip. It was a fantastic place to stay on our way back home. Thank you!

bed was broken and sagging on each side. not comfortable at all. pool was to small to accommodate guests. many kids unsupervised in the small pool and throwing footballs and basketballs into pool. no supervision at all. hard for others to enjoy pool and we had to get out of pool to avoid being hit with the balls.
