Location is awesome - right at the lifts, 2 mins walking to all my restaurant reservations, ski shop etc etc. I liked the alpine design - pretty cute. Ski storage avail. Was offered parking, and frankly it's a good idea to rent a car from Jackson Hole airport, Uber availability/prices are weird and rentals are cheap.
Although we stayed in Victor, we drove to Grand Teton NP...
Although we stayed in Victor, we drove to Grand Teton NP every day and spent time there during the day. We went back to Victor at the end of the day. So we didn't really see much of Victor. It's a small town. Distance from Victor to GTNP was further than I thought, but considering the ridiculous cost of hotels in Jackson, it was worth the commute. We were able to spend a lot of time in the park, and we had a nice place to stay in Victor at night. There were some local restaurants that were reasonable. We were tired of sandwiches, so having some Asian food in Victor was great.

The hotel was great but actually was a little farther away from Jackson timewise. The distance wasn’t a problem in miles but took a lot longer in time due to the mountain pass. Not the hotel’s problem, just something to be aware of.
We never saw any of the hotel staff because they were still following Covid protocol. Our room key was taped to our door upon arrival and housekeeping never came to our room to trade out towels, etc. but we were okay with that. Room and property were clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Super touristy.
Super touristy. Knotty Pine super club was supposed to be excellent. Terrible service. One of our party is really allergic to dogs. We were in their outdoor dining area. About 3/4 of our way thru dinner, they seated a couple with two very large dogs behind us. We went to the waitress, then the hostess, then the manager. Idaho code does not permit animals in any area where food is. They refused to move them, they hadn't ordered yet. Our bill was $100+, we had to take our food and leave. Obviously animals are more important than humans.

Small town atmosphere made me feel at home.
Small town atmosphere made me feel at home. Excellent restaurant within 8 miles. More reasonable prices than Jackson but close enough to reach within gorgeous 30-40 minute drive over the mountain. Awesome grocery store 8 miles away.
A gold mine I'd rather keep quiet . It's getting more crowded in the last 10 yrs I've stayed there😣

Victor is a great place to stay on the quieter and less...
Victor is a great place to stay on the quieter and less expensive side of the Tetons. We really enjoyed mountain biking at Grand Targhee and hiking in the Jedidiah Smith Wilderness. We spent two days in Grand Teton National Park which is a reasonable drive. If you are playing on visiting Yellowstone it is a very long drive to get into the park (about three hours from Old Faithful/ Geyser Basin.
Victor worked out perfectly for us as we were trying to avoid crowded areas because of Covid -19. We noticed Jackson was very crowded in comparison when we drove through on the way to Teton National Park.

We loved this place. We had our own little cabin which was spotless and comfortable. The location is wonderful, just off the main highway through Victor to be quiet but not too far as to be out of the way. We enjoyed the deck and deck chairs on the sunny afternoons with delicious local beer purchased from the main office. The little restaurant was mostly devoid of patrons because we were there "between seasons," but the food was remarkably fresh and tasty! We would definitely stay again.
Friendly, helpful stuff; pretty location - I had really nice view from my room to the back (meadow and mountains).
Off the main road.
Pretty, standalone building very short distance from little Victor (& easy access to Driggs and the mountains around).
The room was spacious and comfortable; it was also quiet.
Great hotel, fairly new, spacious, clean rooms, comfy beds and a great breakfast. The hotel is in walking distance from nice local restaurants.
What I really appreciated is that I left my charger and the hotel did their very best to have it shipped to me during our travels
Great property. Not too far from Jackson but very handy for Teton Valley. Great hikes and scenery from Teton Pass. Victor is a lovely town and we are really glad we stayed there.
