We loved the size of our king bed room. The location is great as our son is a student at Binghamton. Pool, fitness center, and bar are nice additions.

The location was nice and close to everything. The checkout time was great. The coffee was good and the in room appliances worked very well. The staff was nice and accommodating and I liked having multiple entrances that were closer to my room. The washing machine and dryer worked well and the cost was reasonable.

Vestal is a sprawling community with a university.
Vestal is a sprawling community with a university. There doesn't seem to be a real downtown although there is a town square where entertainment is offered in the summer months. Rather, there is a large commercial area along a roadway called the Vestal Parkway with a variety of retail shopping and dining options. There are a number of quality golf courses in the area as well one of the largest collections of working carousels.

This hotel provides nothing that is advertised. It’s dirty, breakfast menu hangs on wall but nothing advertised is available. No decaf coffee or healthy breakfast options. No way to get change for washer and dryer. Cups in room were dirty and moldy! 2 days of no serving utensils for food!

Undoubtedly the best feature of this hotel was the eminently practical layout of both the bedroom and washroom. There was more storage in this hotel room than any that I have stayed in previously - and we really needed it as we were staying there one night in the middle of moving from Brooklyn to Canada. You could tell they had actually put a lot of thought into designing the rooms, which so often is not the case. The parking lot was large and safe. The breakfast was pretty good for a free hotel breakfast.
When we arrived, was the hotel closed and has been for more than month. Nobody answer the phone and we have to find another hotel for me and my family. The charge me card same nigth. It's a scam and the are stealing peoples money everyday througth Booking.com.
