The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived before our check in time. They picked us at the pier, we checked in, left our luggage and went into town to have lunch. When we returned our room was ready with our luggage in our room. There were several outdoor areas where you can enjoy the view. At our check out time they allowed us to leave our luggage and brought it to the pier before we were to get on board our boat for our return home. What a blessing that we could enjoy our time on the island without having to keep up with our luggage.

Great, convenient location. Helpful staff. We appreciated that our room was ready early and we could drop our bags off so we could head out for hiking in the afternoon, and that there was a storage area we could store our bags at after our checkout the next morning.

Everything.. Our room was clean & comfortable. The outdoor rooftop patio was fantastic. Parker, who was at the desk when we checked in & out was outstanding. The breakfast that was included was delicious & had something for everyone. I would definitely stay there again on my next visit to Catalina Island.
