Probably the nicest place in TorC to stay. Breakfast was fresh, plentiful and varied. King suite was roomy and comfortable. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Jennifer in the breakfast room took extra care of us.
Located off Interstate 25, the Comfort Inn & Suites hotel is within minutes from Elephant Butte Lake State Park and Caballo Lake State Park. This is one of the closest hotels to Spaceport America.

The only thing I can say that was a positive for this property would be that they handed out cookies at the front desk during check- in.

Breakfast was ok-nothing to brag about; for what they charged us, they could have put in an elevator; It seemed to be charging us more for the privilege of a private 30 min. mineral bath; We had the experience but most likely will not pursue it again, Staff was pleasant and accommodating in helping us with luggage- taking it up and bringing it down the stairs.

We stay here often and like the location and enjoy the Mexican restaurant up the hill.

Very old tourist oriented town.
Very old tourist oriented town. Plenty of eateries of all varieties.
Elephant Butte Lake State Park. Natural hot springs have made the town famous. Art Galleries. Shops in downtown area. Nice, friendly people. I want to go back again.

Riverbend Hot Springs was very nice.
Riverbend Hot Springs was very nice. It's on the Rio Grande River and is a very clean place. Pricing was very affordable, and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking.

The idea was nice but the reality was far from it. I contracted COVID several days before I was to travel and they would not allow me to cancel my reservations. I guess they wanted me to show up and contaminate the premises so the rest of the guests and staff would be exposed to COVID.

T or C is run down and the original township and older spa facilities are rough. The southern interstate 25 exit is not existent and coming in from the north there is construction along the main street to down town

T or C is a run down almost dilapidated small desert town barely surviving. Most of the Hotsprings are remnants of the 1950’s that have not been properly preserved. That being said I still visit about once a year.

This is an old town, trying to revitalize itself. We were only there for one night. Definitely do the soaking in the mineral baths! You will come away revitalized and relaxed. My husband loved the Truth or Consequences Brewing Co. for the quality beers and the food ordered from a separate restaurant was superb (though it took an hour to get our order). There are several little nick-knack stores that could be fun to shop in and also several massage therapists for those seeking a good massage or specialty treatments. Finally, Elephant Butte Lake is very close by for those who love boating/fishing.

Pelican Spa is a great place to visit if you want to enjoy the benefits of the hot springs. The water has many minerals that can have healing properties. Truth or Consequences is such a charming little town that deserves a visit and Pelican Spa is a great place to enjoy your visit.
The manager is very nice, her son is very helpful and is always ready to assist. The hotel is about two- three miles from downtown - where you can enjoy the hot springs. I really enjoyed River Bend. Wal-mart super center and gas stations close by.
The bright colors in the photographs and quirky decor are what initially attracted us to this hotel. We thought it would be fun to stay somewhere local.
