Property was very clean, had staff working and cleaning all day. Location was perfect. Felt safe and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The first morning we had an awesome waitress. The second and third day the older lady was not very nice or accommodating. Front desk and cleaning staff were super friendly. The room was very comfortable.

The bed was comfy and the bathroom clean and usable. I liked all the towels & wash clothes supplied. I like how the maids would give us what we needed when requested. We liked the way we could grab a cold class of water or/and a coffee upon returning to the hotel. The room was cool and this was very important on the HOT days we were there.
I booked a non smoking room. The room had no smoking signs as well, however there were burn holes in the blankets and sheets. It also smelled like smoke too.
The hotel was sold out, so I could not get another room unfortunately.
The front desk person was friendly when checking in.
Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham/Trussville was very nice and clean. Late night check-in with Marcus was great. He was very welcoming to my daughter and I for our overnight stay and our flight in the morning.
Nothing at all. I know that saying a lot but absolutely nothing satisfied me with this stay. The hotel was dirty the staff was rude. I will never stay there again. Ever.
