The staff went out of their way for us, and the maid service was one of the best.
For the price it was a good place to stay. I wish the insignia tv remote was in the room instead of a universal which didnt let me utilize the wifi on the TV to sign into disney because the TV was older and didnt let me mirror the app from my phone. The towels were old but clean same with the sheets. But the bed was comfy. The mini fridge didnt have a mini freezer but it kept my food cold.

Well you have free parking and you can park right in front of your room....The door to the room did not have a chain lock on it, so I had to prop a chair against the door....relatively quiet....the frig worked great....for somewhere to lay your head at a moments notice it was ok!!

I was only staying in the room at night, I ended up having my brother come and stay with me because it did not seem safe for a female traveling alone. I did not find bed bugs...just roaches and mice. The building was not secured at night.

Was pretty clean looks outdated Somewhat alit of things do not work no pool as advertised seems to me it was just taken over by new owners and they are slowly remodeling not sure though did not ask. good for the price and quiet also no breakfast as advertised but that may be due to covid-19 staff is mostly pleasant however my toilet was clogged when I checked in when asked about a plunger gave me two locations where it may be went looking couldn’t find one so I went back to my room and called desk they told me come down in ten min they would have one for me thought they were supposed to take care of those issues but no big deal!

It was not as described or the pictures. Looked like every hotel you see on episodes of ‘Cops’. I had booked a king suite, it was nothing more than a small room with a suspect whirlpool. No couch, kitchenette or other amenities described. Very sketchy and I was actually afraid to stay the night. I rested for a while and left. Wasted my money and had too drive home several hours late at night. Could not recommend in good conscious unless you don’t care for your personal safety or having your car stolen at the least.
We wanted water bottles and they were not available. Any hotel should have that 24/7 it a basic thing!!! NO DRINKING WATER. MADE US WALK ON A COMPLETELY SNOWY DAY TO WAWA TO BUY WATER. Staff was a real stupid.
Very good location to visit the various attractions in the area. Rooms are clean if a bit small. Bar and restaurant have a nice ambience for a suburbs hotel.
