The location was good and rooms were OK for one night

It was really close to restaurants and Philadelphia. Personnel was very nice and welcoming. Fulfilled the request for rooms being connected and be close to our friends rooms. Truly appreciated that. Room was spacious. The hotel was quiet.

Everything.

The place smelled so bad, the sink was cracked. It would never be a place I’d recommend anyone stay in.

Staff were excellent upgrades to the hotel

The room was nice, the bed was comfortable with 2 types of pillows (feathers and pollyfill).

I paid for the hotel from August 5-7, 2024, but was able to arrive only on the evening of August 6, I was working and there were delays, but Booking withdrew the money in advance and I calmly arrived at the hotel, but they kept me in the lobby wet from the rain for 2 hours, claiming that there was no payment and like sort it out with Booking. When I finally got through to the support center, the operator asked me to wait on the line and at that time the front desk called, but the employees did not pick up the phone, I stand next to them and tell them to pick up the phone, you are calling from Booking, but they openly ignore calls and requests. Then the operator from the center asked me to turn on the microphone on my phone to talk to them, but they ignored the situation this time too, in the end we demanded to call the manager. a woman arrived, no apologies, no explanations why they claimed that I had not paid, although I showed that my money had been taken. As a result, the manager, with a pompous and arrogant look, tells me that she will give me a room for one night, as a favor, as if she had made a charitable gesture, for my own money. What is going on, what is going on in this hotel??!! She gave me a small dirty room, and not what I reserved! It so happened that I caught a cold on the road and had already made another reservation in advance from August 7-9, but if I had known that I would encounter such rudeness and neglect, I would not have done it. All night I was itching for some reason, in the morning I understood why, I am attaching a photo of a tick, a bedbug was crawling on the nightstand.

The staff went out of their way for us, and the maid service was one of the best.
