This is a no-frills hotel. There is no breakfast provided in any way, which is totally fine with me. The single studio room will be perfect for my next stay when I bring my dog. The room was clean. I slept on the pullout bed and it was comfortable enough for me.

Horrible customer service. Dirty rooms. There was alot of bugs in the room, pubic hair, long hair everywhere, smelled of mold and mildew. Shower didn't work properly, toilet wouldn't flush. Charged a much higher rate due to the employees being new and they made the error, in which we were wronged for the mishap. I would never recommend nor stay in the facility again. Horrible customer service

Breakfast not that great bathroom was in disarray nothing worked had to get a new hair dryer lights in bathroom didn't work faucets needed to be repaired and wouldn't shut off toilet seat almost came off very poor maintenance TV had a black line down the center of it no sheet or towel changes in 4 days had to get them ourselves would not recommend this place unless they did some maintenance to clean it up the price was there but we were only there for sleeping

THE MOST uncomfortable experience I ever had in my life..not only we was being discriminated against because of the color of our skin we were also watched..To my understanding staff isn't allowed in your room when u leave unless you need housekeeping..🤔 The Manger waited for me and my husband go out for a bite to eat to come and check our room..when we got back to the room we was scolded about clothes being in the floor😪 ..I'm traumatized by this experience..😔

It was a bad service when we got to check in, the secretary said that it stunk a little that it was removed with spray but after signing and we entered the hotel it stunk like a cigarette factory we asked him for some blankets to sleep in another room they wanted to charge us $ 50 one thing is that It is a smoking room but the other is that it has a bad smell, honestly, it is the worst hotel plus I was with my three minor children, it was a bad experience in that hotel and Booking.com no use
Absolutely nothing the guy is rude and makes you switch your room every time just to be nosy and make you uncomfortable. Been coming back to that hotel because it was our last option but promise it will be the last!!!!
