Excellent place to stay with my family. The patio was huge and the cabin we stayed in was big. There was wildlife hanging around the area, the river was so pretty and there was plenty to do outside for my kids. The quiet hours made it a peaceful nights sleep.

The hotel was really wonderful; rooms were clean and we loved that it felt like we were in our own little house. It was very quiet as well, and very close to the entrance of Sequoia National Park.

The Sequoia Hut!, hotel in Three Rivers

This vacation home provides a garden as well as barbecue facilities. There's a sun terrace and guests can use free Wifi and free private parking.

The hut was perfect for 2 people, very well appointed and clean with a well supplied kitchen and bathroom. We had plenty of space to store our luggage and groceries, sleep, eat, read, and wash up comfortably. Getting in and out of the hut was easy with the instructions provided and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The temperature control was great (we love the sound of air conditioning units at night because it's like white noise to us, but if you're the type that prefers absolute silence while you sleep you may want to turn it off at night or bring your earplugs). The support staff were friendly and willing to help with things when we needed it. Extra touches we especially liked: the DVD collection and TV screen, the cold/hot water dispenser, and the extra blankets provided next to the bed. The location was good. It's a 5-8 minute drive to the Sequoia National Park entrance (Note: the entrance to the park is still a 40ish minute drive from the actual central location with all the main attractions, slower if you want to enjoy the views. I HIGHLY recommend pre-booking the shuttle that will take you from the Three Rivers Historical Museum to the main Park area. You can drive a few minutes from the Hut to the Museum, park there, and then the shuttle will take you up in the morning and back down again in the afternoon or evening.) It can be a bit tricky to spot at night, so I recommend trying to time your arrivals before sundown!

This home was stunningly beautiful and the mountaintop views were breathtaking. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the extras like snacks and wine. The worst part was having to leave, could've definitely spent more time here!

This place is absolutely fantastic. Especially for families. Perfectly located for all local attractions. The hot tub was amazing . The rooms big and spacious with fantastic air conditioning. The kitchen was great for preparing meals . We had planned on eating out but didn’t want to leave the property . Had brilliant eating space outside with views which were just mind melting. Can’t recommend this place enough

There are no other options for visitors of Sequoia National...

There are no other options for visitors of Sequoia National Park to stay, so this small town has just a few restaurants and not many businesses to support long stays. Lack of mid-range accommodations makes lodging costs expensive and overpriced, as there are not many alternatives of accommodations in the town. Keep it short in hotels or rent a house for longer stays but be prepared for cooking for yourself at your place as there are not many catering options.

The only positive aspect of Sierra Lodge Three Tree Rivers...

The only positive aspect of Sierra Lodge Three Tree Rivers Hotel is its convenient location, about an hour from Sequoia National Park. However, the hotel’s facilities and services are well below standard. My rating is 0. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they significantly improve their services, facilities, and amenities.

You're there to see beautiful vistas, and that's what you get for sure. Local gas and restaurants are sufficient and (while not necessarily cheap) they aren't exorbitant. The local people are down to earth and accommodating. Some are even likely to give you some site seeing pointers if you end up chatting with them. Nice place to visit and we have it on our list of places to return to at some point.

We wished we could have stayed longer and explored the city.

We wished we could have stayed longer and explored the city. My wife and I love to check out coffee shops in the morning, but this place had several ways to make coffee including fresh ground espresso with creamers and such, so we were not for want.

nothing, I booked a penthouse room and apparently it was supposed to be a “VIP” but it was way poor quality even compared to a 1 star hotel. The heater mode on AC doesn’t work so we have to sleep on a freezing room temperature. No complimentary tea and coffee provided, towels are so old. The room that was given to us wasn’t the one I booked described on the photos, it was old and dark…. sorry I’m just being honest with my review

It was in Three Rivers and so close to the National Park, which was beautiful. It also had coffee machine which I always appreciate, along with an ironing board and rack. There were also reading lights which was a cute plus. Additionally, there were multiple outlets which is very helpful.

The hotel was practical for the purpose, not far from Sequoia National Park gate and the room was good enough for sleeping one night (as I did). Parking was not a problem. The location has restaurants nearby to have dinner after a long day at the Sequoia National Park.

Clean, comfortable room with fridge and coffee maker. Close to Sequoia national park and Lake Kaweah. Several restaurants, store and cafes nearby. I liked watching the hummingbirds at the feeders.
