My second stay here, it didn't disappoint, every member of staff at the Best Western are wonderfully friendly people, the hotel has a very family feel about it, you are truly looked after. Front desk were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff were very friendly, looked after my room very well I thought. The hotel was clearly signed for social distancing and mask requirements, which give me confidence about staying in a hotel - first time since the pandemic.
