Breakfast was very basic. Room was not that clean and I was not even able to switch on the Room lights for the entire stay. There is no complementary water included and I was given two bottles of water when I showed the property that I am a Hilton Honor member. The staff on the reception during check-in was not so friendly!

Location far from the city centre but not even 5 min to the subway station Naylor road on the Greenline. We had a back room very quiet otherwise the hotel in on a very busy road.
The person at the reception at check-in was very friendly. The hotel is located very close to a metro station. Rooms are quite big, bed is OK, bathroom was reasonably clean.
