Breakfast was terrible. Staf did not clean the breakfast layout on time. Juice machine was overflowing and floor was all wet. Food was cold (warm food!) room was not properly cleaned. Every other day must be cleaned and fresh towels must be provided. Did not happen. We had to go get fresh towels at the lobby because they were understaffed. We called after two days for them to clean the room and after that they cleaned every day but not properly. Bed is too high. I have knee problems and it was difficult to climb on the bed.

Nothing to see in correlation to the advertising photos, minimal interaction with the guest, depressing hygiene (five days of stay and not even the garbage was taken out, less bathroom cleaning and change of sheets) room with cigarette smell (for my unbearable for being asthmatic and non-smoker) Disappointing!
The property was very clean and a perfect size for us. We had 6 people there in our family and there was room for everyone. Kitchen was well equipped and the house had nice towels and linens on the beds. Out son was moving into the University of Miami so we were close enough to go back and forth to the school and also close to south beach. very accessible location
This was the best decision I've made this year. So accommodating everything you can ask for. I would not stay anywhere else in Miami. The decor in the house top tier. I would definitely go back. Location amazing there is absolutely nothing negative about this place so grateful I found it!!
