They let us in one hour earlier.

The breakfast had a nice variety. Everything was fresh. The staff hands down is the BEST staff at any hotel I've ever stayed at. This is my 5th year staying here. It's close to my family. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

From the moment of entry , we greeted my friendly staff and pleasant smells. Tru hotels have an inviting astectic with bright colors and modern features. The free breakfast was nice. The yogurt and coffee bars were great! Everything was clean throughout the stay. Accessibility to shopping and food in walking distance.
This Was the worst place we could've stayed!!! The Room was Clean But has a very bad roach problem!!!!I'd Never Recommend This Hotel To Anyone Ever!!!! The Pictures on Booking. Com were very deceiving. This feels more like a Motel!!! We Should be Compensated Some How! I'll Never use Booking.Com Again!!!! There's great places to eat& grocery shop.

The room was dirty, towels were dirty & stained. Phone in room didn't work. Bathtub was inoperable. They didn't have breakfast. The staff was extremely rude, they wouldn't give us a late checkout. The phone in our room didn't work. I had to call the front desk from my cell phone at least 6 times before they would even answer. Horrible hotel, horrible staff, horrible service. Not worth what you pay. Don't waste you money here!
I would not even recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

My whole stay was awful.
My whole stay was awful. Why was every single room a very very dirty room for one and didnt have any trash cans or clean sheets. I also book another night and the maids still came and cleaned my room and tried to steal all my stuff. I am disappointed and dissatified with my week at red roof and would seriously like a refund for every single night i spent here.

Outstanding service by the staff.
Every member of the hotel staff we interacted with were extremely polite, friendly, courteous, and professional.
We were able to check-in early, which was refreshing.
Anything we needed, any questions we had were gladly addressed without hesitation.
My wife and I both felt like we were staying with family.
Absolutely wonderful stay, and one which we will certainly return to in the future.
Front desk was super kind and made me feel welcome. But hotel staying is another story.
Carpet was so sticky 😫 small refrigerator was making such a awful sounds. . Ppl were hanging outside so super loud . I was worry about my car all night . I was solo traveler due to house hunting being female. I was scared to go outside.
it’s was disgusting they didn’t clean nothing and this hotel shouldn’t be on booking as well bad business and the manager had a little attitude when I went to Check my room I had to leave and find me another hotel right away cause it was disgusting plus the towels was very dirty the room itself was musty
I liked that the hotel was in a good location not too far from stores or places to eat. Since we visited to compete in a tournament that was a plus because we were all wore out. Oscar was also amazing. He made us feel welcomed and let us know if we needed anything he'd be happy to help.
