i did the review before . i really bad and frustrated experience I WONT RECOMEND IT NO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE APPROACH OF THE MANAGER AND CLERK BUT I THINK CORP NEEDS TO LOOK OVER BUT THE PROBLEM IS THE MONEY SITUATION AND ONLY CORP THINKS ABOUT PROFIT AN PROFIT THE ONE WHO REALLY SUFFER IS THE GUEST THAT HAS NOT MATTER STAY IN A HOTEL OK BUT THE PRICE IS REALLY TOO HIGH AND REALLY HIT ME WITH ALL THE ISSUES THAT I WENT THRU , I AM NY MYSELF NO SO YOUNG AND NO SO HEALTHY HANDICAPED BUT DOESNT SHOW AND WITH A LOW SS CHECK . TEY OFFERES MY SOME JUICE I SAID YES PLS WITH SOME ICE AND TOLD ME ICE IS ON THE FIRST FLOOR AND I TOLD PLS WITHOUT ICE AND AND CHANGE MINE I SAID I BRING YOU SOME ICE PLS LOOK LIKE N\THEY ARE NOT GETTING PAY ENOUH OR THEY DONT WANT TO WORK THAT IS WHY I JUST WANT TO GO BACK HOME .

The hotel is close to Sawgrass Mall but not quite within walking distance. During your stay, it's best to use Uber if you don't have your own transportation to move around; it's quite reliable, cheap, and quick. Don't expect too much help from the reception staff as they aren't very attentive to guest's needs. Some reception staff could do better and maintain a more welcoming attitude. The rooms are spacious, and the housekeeping does a good job maintaining cleanliness.

The freebee was the best. The restaurants visited has deteriorated. Visited the Red Lobster, Burger King in the Sawgrass mall was the worst as they gave me a chicken burger when I ordered shrimp. Outback food has really deteriorate.

I liked the accessibility to top shops and restaurants. The cheesecake factory is a good place to dine. I enjoyed Saturday brunch. Everything one would like for their vacation was central. Uber rate was also very affordable.

Loved the freebee but it was not always possible to contact them especially from sawgrass mall due to wifi issues.All the drivers were pleasant.Didnt like tip being added to bill at fp changs in sawgrass mall without being informed before

The young lady who checked me in was Outstanding. Her quality of great customer service was appreciated. I have 2 complaints though. We needed wash clothes and the cleaning services said that they didn't have any. The other , I left my sweater there and put a complaint in with the housekeeping and emailed the manager. They said that they were not responsible for any lost items. I was a little upset with that because I'm pretty sure that the ladies cleaning the room after we checked out, saw it. Overall, my friends and I had a Beautiful Stay. Gorgeous Hotel. This hotel is in a Awesome location aswell.
