It was all amazing, the older man that welcomed me in was one of the most polite and welcoming people I’ve ever met. He really was a great person and representative of kings inn. Very homey feel, more country and relaxed setup. I very much enjoyed this place, great location for stores. Highly recommend.

Very nice staff. The room I got was very clean and big. ( kings suit with balcony) Had a balcony view of the parking lot and other businesses surrounding the hotel. My only complaint was the pool only being 4 1/2 ft deep. Hotel was by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in !

The room was very clean, equipped with the necessary things - plenty of towels, dishes, etc. Ample fridge and freezer space, which was important to me. Comfortable bed, desk area.

We were traveling to pick up a puppy so we stayed here the night before picking up our puppy and them returned with out puppy to stay the night before heading home. It worked out fine as we were familiar with the surroundings.

Awful stay.
Awful stay. Room was disgusting and smelled awful..bathroom had what looked like dried blood or poop on wall..had to spray 1/2bottle of air freshener before we could go back in room. Would not reccomend to anyone to stay here

The room smelled like urine in a spot near the desk. When I complained they handed me a bottle of spray. The bedspread had cigarette burns, when I mentioned this they didn’t replace it, they said they would take note of it. Finally, I needed to do laundry and neither machine worked, yet they claimed laundry facilities available.

Great location.
Great location. Close to the lots of restaurants, bars and shopping. Very convenient to highway access to get around to all locations around Cleveland and the suburbs. The staff were super friendly and professional. Would definitely stay there again!

I liked the room, the fact that there was a pool and workout room. I didn’t like the fact that we didn’t have a microwave and I didn’t like being charged more than I originally was quoted online’ I got two different answers as to when the money for “incidentals”, would be refunded and I still haven’t gotten it. Customer service could have been better as well as access yo room service in the evenings. I work all day. The snacks downstairs are extremely overpriced!

The Holiday Inn Strongsville really bad place to stay our first room smells like marijuana then they gave us a second room with somebody sleeping in it then I had to wait an hour for them to find us a new room worst stay I ever had at a hotel will never go back to that hotel again I recommend not going there the staff did not even care about our situations with the rooms they didn't try to make anything better for us all they cared about was shutting me up and putting me in a room
