The room I stayed in was nice. Smaller than I expected, however the view was nice and it was very clean. Bathroom was prestine and stocked with travel sized toiletries. The bed and linens were very clean. The interior of the building is unique and eye-catching.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past few months. The staff is very friendly (family run)especially Rahul who runs the front desk. The hotel is in a great location next to shopping and food. The rooms are always clean. If you have any problems or concerns there is always someone available.
Make sure to visit the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame.

Easy city to navigate, Main Street is busy enough without being overwhelming. Casino is absolutely gorgeous and the hotel is full of fun things to do as well as the casino. Loved our stay! Going back! Highly recommend Red Rose Pizzeria which is super close to MGM.

I wouldn't say Springfield is a tourist destination.
I wouldn't say Springfield is a tourist destination. We go to visit family in neighboring cities. The museums and planetarium, Basketball Hall of Fame are all worth visiting. Beautiful to see the changes of the seasons. Northampton, the Berkshires, Connecticut shore are all great day trips...

My stay was for a night and I would stay again but I would recommend that management or housekeeping do a better job cleaning and no one wants to see mildew around the tub, or stain on the door handle and light switch! Visitors come back if the place is pleasing..
The lady at checkin was excellent, very welcoming and helpful.
