I like the breakfast but the cleaning women were rude and refuse to give towels. The first room smelled terrible so we received a new room which had trash and was still not very clean. Sam was sweet at the front desk, totally the reasoned I stayed. Went to Walmart for cleaning supplies 😓

You sent me a request to review. Otherwise, I wouldn't be doing this. I booked a Non-Ref room during the Hurricane crisis so my severely disabled little sister, who is on life-support could have AC and power to plug in her ventilator. There were several hotels to choose from through Booking.com, but I chose yours. By evening when we arrived to see a sign on the door that said NO POWER, it was impossible to get another room anywhere nearby (closest one was Waco - 4 hours away). My sister's battery had less than an hour's charge on it. I ended up having to put her on the floor at my office (that had generator power) so I could plug in her ventilator. It was the night from hell. I am a 62 years old woman and had to pick up and lay down a total invalid (who weighs 130 lbs) on a floor.

The interior was very clean and well-equipped.
The interior was very clean and well-equipped. The linens were great and the bed covers were top-of-the-line. Loved the huge rain shower in the master bath. The casita, bikes/helmets and basketball hoop were nice additions for teens. The washer and dryer and TVs in every room was great. However, the exterior was not at the same level or grooming/cleaning as the interior. Last-minute notification that we were not allowed to use the pool due to a repair causing heavy use of chemicals was unacceptable as it was the main reason I reserved this home. The backyard walkway and wooden fence is in extreme disarray, has holes, and needs replacement. The

The hotel is horrible. Idk where to start!
The hotel is horrible. Idk where to start! The bathroom towel rack was coming off the wall, and the water came out brown. The sinks drain slow, and the hairdryer was melted. The refrigerator had old melted ice cream in it. The phone didn’t have a cord. The towels looked dirty. The sheets need to be thrown out they had stains on them that a washer just can’t get out and lastly the window cover had a big hole in it. I told the guy at the front desk he clearly didn’t care I wouldn’t recommend this place

Although I reserved the 2 rooms well in advance, my 96 year old father and 90 year old mother who have dementia were not in adjacent rooms as requested. We were at the other end of the hall. Our room had a persistent rumbling all night from the roof top equipment purging that prevented sleep. Breakfast was disappointing and poorly stocked. When I voiced my concerns I was told they run a business and can’t always accommodate requests. I will not return.

Because of the price it was about what was expected.
Because of the price it was about what was expected. We needed an inexpensive place for a week while our house was being worked on. Everything was just OK except for the 3 things that I mentioned earlier.
Everything! Couldn’t fault this hotel
Lovely welcoming entrance and reception
Friendly and helpful staff
Rooms beautiful. Lovely decor
Bathroom very bright and new
Beds very comfy. Nice pillows
We ate at the restaurant in the evening. Food was really nice and health conscious!!!
It was the least expensive hotel in the area that did not have so many bad reviews we decided to take a chance.
Breakfast consisted of:
Bread and a few small muffins, 2 cereals, waffles with no fruits or syrup, yogurt, a couple of apples, 3 juices, instant oatmeal.
Nice hotel, well decorated
The room was very specious and the bed very comfortable.
The breakfast was good , it comes in tge shape of a menu and you pick a dish.
Great pool, very clean and was open til a late night hour.
The manager of the hotel, Mr. Mark was excellent in his hospitality and went way above & beyond the call of duty to arrange me a Vegan breakfast throughout my stay.
Reception was very supportive as well.
