Very nice hotel! I had a lovely view of the Southlake Square Christmas lights for my New Year’s Eve. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Room service was quick and delicious. They also have a Starbucks in the market. Would definitely stay there again.

This the second time we have stayed at Hyatt Place. This hotel is clean and quiet. The breakfast was great with many options. The staff was very friendly and helpful to our needs. Close proximity to many things to do including the Gaylord Texan and downtown Grapevine. Highly recommended hotel and look forward to the next stay.

Was clean and comfortable. There were lots of high quality toiletries including conditioner, shampoo, body wash, face soap and lotion. Nice pillows and comfortable bed.
This hotel is opposite Grapevine Mills Mall and offers free transfers to Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.

Our room was clean and pleasant. It was a suite so it had a living room with a sofa and 2 sinks, one was for the "bar". The second sink was also outside the shower/toilet area. This made it very easy to get ready.
The staff was very helpful and recommended two restaurants that were excellent.
