The man in charge of breakfast was so friendly and kind. The room was comfortable and looked nice.
Convenient breakfast in the morning for a fee. Great location you are literally wishing 10 minutes of any store or restaurants. The decor was extremely old and chipped room needs renovation as everything was dated. You could tell there have been zero upgrades or renovations for many years. Hotel in general was modern and nice rooms lack the attention the lobby and public areas possessed. Overall I give it a 6/10. The food was delicious.

We had dinner at the BBQ restaurant there on site the first night. They were very accommodating to our party of 20+. The food was great.
We were told about The Original Pancake House for breakfast. It was absolutely wonderful. Would highly recommend it.
We booked online at Booking.com requesting (3) Deluxe King Suites. The hotel informed us they didn't have king suites so we ended up with (2) queen rooms with two queen beds and (1) king room. We were still charged the amount that would have been for the King Suites. I think the rooms should have been less.

This place was very scary. Both staff and GM are rude.
This place was very scary. Both staff and GM are rude. Customers were very upset and GM was calling the police instead of talking to customers with kindness. After customers knocked down shielding barriers and walked out the GM was walking out to take videos on his cellphone after he caused the customers such unhappiness it was scary and sad.

Many fast food businesses.
Many fast food businesses. Could not find a businessman's restaurant for an evening meal (carpeted, quiet, evening dinner, not just a fast food or Cony Island diner). Did not have time to see any of the Southfield landmarks or attractions.
The Hotel Management went above and beyond my expectations and the staff was very helpful. I was always greeted by people working there plus they wanted to ensure that my stay was pleasant.
