The staff was very friendly- they were the best part of the place.
The location was convenient - not too far from the airport, a couple blocks from the Airtrain and the E into Manhattan
There wasn't much that I liked about this hotel. The hotel service was really bad. It was 25 degrees outside and cold in the hotel on one side of the room by the window. The heater was barely heating to my satisfaction and all I had was a thin cover. I asked the attendant at the desk for a blanket, and he looked at me as if I was from another planet. He suggested that I turn the temperature to the ideal setting of 78 degrees. The heater worked for a while and then it wasn't as effective later in the morning. I would suggest better service and a blanket at least.
