The bed was perfect for my husband a little hard for me but very comfortable! We felt the room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and had all we needed. The front staff gentlman was so friendly and helpful as we arrived very late. The hotel is beautifully decorated and felt very well taken care of!

Alex is the BEST - he made everything a 5 stars VIP experience and beyond. Staff at front desk was also top notch. The Chef Lady from the restaurant came out to introduce herself and ask if I liked the meal she prepared - so genuinely kind of her to make that effort. Megan from the Starbucks downstairs is always so sweet, and the other girl working there just so full of kindness, that it gave everything a flavor of bright and warm place to be. Thank you for everyone for making an effort - someone noticed and appreciated :)
