This is an exceptional hotel. It is clean, comfortable, and quiet. The daily - and included! - breakfast is great and it even includes gluten free bread options. The location is central. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. We also really enjoyed using the hot tub in the evening. The hotel was very family- and dog-friendly! We look forward to coming back on future trips to the area.

Beautiful location just outside of downtown Aspen. It was conveniently close to all the activities and destinations during our trip, the facility is beautiful and clean, and we took advantage of the awesome laundry services.

The room was 77° and when I asked the person at the desk suggested opening the windows which decreased safety. There was no mat for the tub to prevent falling. The ceiling light was no attached to the ceiling. There was no cover to the base board heating system. I would not recommend the place to stay.
