Super friendly and welcoming staff, open access to drinks and snacks in the fridge at the pool area and inside the house--this felt generous and very convenient. Bed/sheets were incredible. Fantastic view from suite of river, trees, very peaceful. We took the 4-person paddle boat out.

Loved that it was very spacious and felt right at home with everything. Also a plus that Walmart or any other stores were like 5-8 mins away which was amazing. LOVED the fan in the living room, it’s so cool!

If you want to see both Chincoteague/assateague and Ocean City- this is splitting the distance between the two. Very little thru traffic and the cottage is a wonderful respite between the hustle and bustle of the crowds.

Our stay at Chanceford Hall was prefect. We felt like royalty the entire time! The breakfast will amaze you and start your day on the brightest note! Kudos to the hostess for her gracious and welcoming manner as well as her tips and suggestions as we explored the quaint areas of Snow Hill, Berlin, and Assateague.
