They were don’t able to control the crowds kids were diving playing rough in adult pool a couple were in the pool at 3 am security was not able to take the out the shower plumbing was broken we saw items in the bathe room from previous guest cleaned was horrible

Room was huge along with the massive jacuzzi tub, which we enjoyed. Staff were all very pleasant, engaging and Knowledgeable.
