Close to everything, centrally located. So clean and cozy and roomy for small rental. Even had a patio with seats and a small table. Someone came and cleaned each day. Was amazing experience.

It was fresh and tasty but a bit on the rich side. More alternatives on the menu would be better.

We stayed at the House on Chase Creek. The location is beautiful, quiet and peaceful. The host, Bill, was friendly, kind and full of recommendations for dining and sights to see on the island. The best thing was just relaxing on the porch swing and enjoying the quiet and stillness. We enjoyed driving and stopping at different locations enjoying the beaches and nature. There is a place in town to rent bicycles to get around. The place we stayed was with in walking distance to town. The restaurants we ate at were, The Chequit, Marie Eiffel Market, Vine Street Cafe, and The Islander.

The island in the off season is quiet, clean and if you’re on foot - it’s very dark at night! I would recommend renting a bike and biking around the island to see all the beautiful homes and water views.
