The location was excellent - a 25 minute walk to the office. Lift out of order, can happen but points offered instead of a reduction in the room rate. Also saw housekeeping having to drag massive sacks of linens and towels up the stairs on their backs - felt very out of order. Bill also included USD5 per night for parking as standard - I was walking! This was removed when queried after checkout but how often does this slip through - very cheeky.

Good location, clean rooms, decent breakfast for an American continental
The night male clerk was extremely nice. The really help me out a lot. A cab driver whom I could not understand took me for a long ride in the dark. I was scared. I called the hotel, the clerk guided me there. He help calm me down. He also told the taxi driver, that he was wrong. So I didn’t have to pay the full taxi fee. Even the cab drive said he was right. I appreciate that night clerk. Thank you so much.

I called the hotel for the third party shuttle # as I was stranded at Gillette. They did not have the number, they definitely should have that number available.
