Don’t expect luxury room. It’s just simple and clean. Local and cozy motel. Welcoming and safe atmosphere. Their omelet was very delicious. Close to local shops and fancy restaurants in Manchester. A few minute from Equinox Mountain drive course which had spectacular scenic views.

We were pleasantly surprised at how well appointed the room was. The grounds were festooned with sculptures produced by the owners and several pieces of art were for sale. It was walking distance to a very good restaurant that was recommended by one of the owners.

Great place to explore nature.
Great place to explore nature. There are quite a few motels, all within driving distance of some really amazing hiking trails. I'm from downstate NY and it was really special to just get away for a few days and breathe some fresh, fragrant air. Mount Equinox, Lye Brook Falls, walking the streets of historic Bennington, VT -- all worth it.

Bennington tower is a must and cheap at 5$ a person.
Bennington tower is a must and cheap at 5$ a person. Bennington museum interesting especially regarding Grandma Moses life and work. Had lots of her work on display. We thought the style had similairites to Lowrey, but we're not experts. Great place for chocolate lovers in East Arlington, dont get side tracked to other venues, the town/ village is picturesque too. Good food in both Manchester and Bennington. We ate at Publyk House in Bennington and Ye Olde Tavern in Manchester (I know names sound corny to us Brits but the Venison was fabulous at Ye Olde Tavern.
