Loved location as we fid not have to drive through city traffic to return home. Room was way bigger than expected and very clean and bright. Good lighting and outlets. Very quiet also.

Traffic was terrible. It's tourist trap now. Tried to go shopping at Tanger outlet in Pigeon Forge. Took 45 min to go 5 miles. Then trying to park at Tanger took another 30-35 min. Lots of angry people driving around yelling, honking their horns. Deals not that great at the outlet. Shop from home is my advice. Some places offer final sale so that means no returns.

There is so much to do in Sevierville.
There is so much to do in Sevierville. It's not as charming as Gatlinburg, but there are plenty of attractions and good restaurants with free parking and the traffic is not as bad. We've always stayed in Gatlinburg before, but we were coming for Dollywood, and our cabin was just up the hill behind it. This is the only place convenient for us to find a Fuddruckers Restaurant and that made us all happy! A new restaurant called Taco Ranch had very good food and priced good. We took the kids to a an afternoon magic show and we all enjoyed it.

Sevierville is so close to Pigeon Forge and near Gatlinburg, so you have lots to see in those three areas. It’s fun and informative too. The autumnal colors were absolutely gorgeous. The folks there are very friendly, and the prices ( considering it’s a big tourist area) aren’t too bad.
It would be fun to come back again and again to stay and explore the area more.

It used to be a fun stop 4 times a year and anticipation of a great meal for dinner was a plus.
But this tri-city area, (Sevierville, Pidgeon Forge and Gatlinburg) absolutely sucks now. The traffic getting in there is a horror show now, coupled with drivers packed like sardines on the road that are not even paying attention! They are distracted by the sights and floating all over the road with big campers in tow, folks in rice burner cars with loud modified exhausts making obnoxious racket you can hear inside your hotel room!
Was by myself this last jaunt through, so went to Quaker Steak and Lube for a quick bar-style dinner. The bartender was a complete @sshole and almost got struck for his trouble.
I'm afraid we're done with this town. I'd rather stay in Knoxville now and invest my travel money there to duck the aggravating traffic and the rude help these proprietors hire. Plenty of restaurants there too....

Ended up waking up in the early morning scratching my legs and feeling a burning feeling! Didn't think much about it! After checking out and getting back on the road I noticed red bites all over my legs! This place has Bed Bugs! After returning home I tried to contact them but no success! Finally got an answer days later! The staff member didn't seem surprised at all. He asked if I told them at the front desk when checking out! I said no because at the time they weren't really showing up! Bed bugs have the ability to kinda sedate and also stop the bleeding up as they bite you! I asked for the manager and they were not present. All the staff member that I was talking with wanted was the room number. There were 2 young women arguing about the sheets on their bed requesting them to be changed! They were across the hall a bit from our room. The staff told me he would have the manager call once he had my name and number! She the manager will be in at 8 pm. I have been patient and I have not heard from anyone! I feel like I should call the health department! Still waiting for the manager to call! I want a refund now! Di no stay here!

Had stayed at this facility several times before. Did not seem to be up to par this time. On arrival key card would not work, went to the desk and then back to my room. Key card wouldn't work for 2nd time, went back to desk and ended up being switched to a different room. Resin chairs in the room instead of nicer chairs looked really tacky.
