location was good. plenty of parking. set us up in a smoking room at first and we went back to the office and they were able to accommodate us to a non-smoking room. our dog was comfortable. price was appropriate for what we got. family owned, nice people working. room was clean, new carpet/paint. we stayed in a king room, signed up for 2 doubles but those were all smoking rooms.

We are a family of three with our two years old baby girl. One night we stayed at ground floor and second night was first floor. Elevator is missing for upstairs so you need to carry stroller, that s the only real negative of the stay. The rest was ok with easy parking, good breakfast, lovely staff. We were expecting slippers, tooth brush and complimentary bottled water in the room as well but that's ok. During our road trip of 5 states, this hotel was one of our top threes.

I liked the price and I liked the gentleman that signed us in. Other that that I wasn't happy. They showed on like that they served breakfast, but the didn't.
They didn't have enough towels for us and when we asked for some they just threw them on the bed.
And the mattresses were to firm. I was not comfortable there at all and that was the second time we stayed there. I thought we would give them another chance after the first time, but no more.

Was cool and the window in my room was broken, we could not sleep with noise. Otherwise the bad smells is terrible. The hotel needs to take care the carpet is extremely dirty. We hope they took care about those things.

The location was great as far as numerous restaurants to pick from and next door was an adventure park and it was about 4 miles from where our softball tournament was being held. The hotel was very clean ,And the hotel staff was very pleasant very quick check in check out service.

Sadly nothing. We chose it because we were visiting the Providence area. We thought, being a Ramada Wyndham hotel, that it would be of a good standard - not excellent but at least good compared to a lot of other chains. What we did not know was it appears to be a franchise. The Maintenance chap did a good job fixing 3 things - so he was the only thing we liked!
Everything was perfect here. Best hotel we stayed in during our road trip across the USA. Many thanks to all the staff and management for a great stay. We experienced many horrors in other hotels across the country.
