Hotel is a bit older, but clean and the Staff are awesome. They even have a shuttle to take you to Met Life Stadium which is awesome as we were there for the Navy/ND football game. The best surprise was the Italian Restaurant in the Hotel. AWESOME food- run by family.

Traffic is insane anywhere in the NYC area, but this is right on the highway and the best you can get, Very close and easy access to NYC , American Dream, Mediaeval Times and the stadium. The best place to stay for a NYC trip.

I was Only there for a 2 day business trip. But I am very familiar with the area. Excellent location for all NYC, MetLife Stadium, American Dream, Newark Prudential Arena. tons of restaurants.
Secaucus hotels are 1/3 the price of any NYC hotel. Free onsite parking, etc…

The staff are pretty rude, everything is always locked 24/7, even the front entrance door!! The pool is cold outside and the parking is so dangerous I would not recommend any elderly or children to go there.
The good side is the hotel is clean, tons of staff and the breakfast was delicious. So it depends what you are looking for, but this is not a romantic gateway believe me.

Very much liked the convenience of a bus right outside the hotel that took me into NY in 15 min. Liked the breakfast but very much missed fresh vegetables which were entirely missing. Fruit was nice, but I think salad or fresh veggies are a must, and less fried and sweet options would be healthier.
The room was nice but missing hooks and places to hang towels and other items.

We found the hotel was perfect, the location is awesome. Right across the street is the 320 which takes you into New York City Port Authority which is only a 5 minute walk to Time Square. The breakfast was good, I have no complaints about it. It's a basic breakfast toast, cereal bagel coffee! The room are amazing and the bed was super comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

BOOKING charged $1434 from my bank card IN ADDITION to the normal amount. This is neither serious nor usual from Booking. I will file a complaint if they don't give me my money back. HOTEL LA QUINTA by WYNDHAM SECAUSUS MEADOWLANDS charged me $1,312 even though only BOOKING had the authorization. So $2746 was stolen from my bank card which I am asking Booking and La Quinta each to return to me.
The garden/plaza at the back is very accessible to restaurants and very quiet -nice to hang out. Location is near train station to NYC. Room is big with kitchen and bathroom is nicely renovated. Hotel is clean.
