The staff was kind and welcoming. Thank you for your hospitality! The breakfast was simple: fresh fruit, individually wrapped muffins and coffee cake (delicious), cereal, microwavable breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, coffee, juice, milk, water. Sustaining, but nothing prepared fresh or to order.
The room was clean, the bedding very comfortable. We had a very quiet room; it felt safe and private. It was very warm. We lowered the heat setting, but it stayed 72°, even up to 74°. We were too warm to sleep comfortably, so we had to open the windows to cool the room down.

I found Seabrook to be pleasant , clean, restful and a nice family getaway. Food is plentiful and people are friendly and helpful. Long fun boardwalk with lots to see and busy beach for fun and frolicking.

Seabrook was fine but our cottage was crappy...
Seabrook was fine but our cottage was crappy... It should be demolished! Pictures showed old furniture and it was OK with us, but once there we realized how dirty, outdated everything was.
Knives that don't cut.. filth in the kitchen drawers... greasy pots and pans... stains on the blankets... no BBQ... We left one day earlier...
Do not go to that cottage... much better offers elsewhere. Much too expensive for what we got.

Room was quiet.
Room was quiet. Location was excellent, across from a big shopping complex including Walmart, mcdonalds and Dick's. Room was clean and beds were very soft and comfortable. Breakfast was good, especially the waffles and all the toppings. The area where you get your breakfast was very small and cramped. We had to eat in our room because all the tables were occupied.

I WAS DISATIFIED WITH MY HOTEL ROOM I COULD NOT BELIEVE HOW IT SMELLED LIKE CIGARRETES FROM THE SHEETS ON THE BED TO THE WALLS.
MY CLOTHES HAD TO BE KEPT IN MY CAR TO NOT SMELL AND NOTHING WAS DONE ABOUT IT.
