Very close to anything you need in Schroon Lake. Very quiet setting, comfortable and cozy space. Functional kitchen and bonus to have washer/dryer and dishwasher available! Definitely would recommend and would stay again if in the area.

Don't go if you can't stand noisy, unmanaged children running up and down halls during sleep time, jumping up and down in the floor above late into the evening and forcing you and your pardner out onto the deck of the restaurant because you couldn't hear each other talk for all the yelling, running and shouting about 20 RUDE children.

Charming small town.
Charming small town. Not overwhelmed with crowds of folks, laid back and a few small restaurants all boasting great food and service!
Must go to the Strand Theater for first run movies in a charming retro theater!
The bed and pillows were the best we have ever had at a hotel. The whole facility was clean and newly updated. We stayed in the family bunk rooms so we did hear a child next door but soon they fell asleep and we understood we were in the family section. And the Green Mountain coffee keurig was a really nice surprise. The restaurant at the lodge was excellent with great portions. Only issue was the bugs but that’s the Adirondacks.
Idk why anyone could give this place a negative review. I swear people just like to complain. This is our go to ADK STAY. Much better then lake George and lake placid. They are very accommodating with our service dog. I truly love it here home away from home. So much to do here without ever leaving the resort. Especially in the warmer months.
Everything was wonderful, exceptional breakfast and accommodations. Tammy and Vicki were wonderful and gave excellent dinner recommendations and suggested a cross country ski trail that we could access from the motel that was beautiful! I would recommend this to anyone going to enjoy the beauty of the Adirondacks and Schroon lake. Lovely gem!
great location. schroon lake is a perfect town,not to big ,not to small.all the appliances were new or up to date. place was clean upon arrival.just a cozy little cabin in a nice secluded area close to anything needed in town.
I liked the location of this motel to schroon lake. It was close to hiking, lake, and town. Liked the owner he was friendly and funny. Would stay here again.
