Clean, staff super friendly. Very comfy beds, breakfast was great , ranged from toast waffles cereals fresh fruit juices pastries etc , plastic plates and foam cups but we didn’t mind, nice eating area. Excellent meal at restaurant on site.
The mercedes Shuttle bus was waiting for us at airport, ran on the half hour in the morning, made the airport transfer hassle free.

It feels a bit like being in a large apartment block, all facing the central atrium. I liked that—a sense of community in the isolation of travel. Breakfast was fabulous, and the room itself was spacious and comfy.

Uber & cabs easily available, which made it very east to get around including a trip into downtown Chicago
Not many restaurants within walking distance but we appreciated the
convenience store & Subway inside the store
The was a Q restaurant a short walk away where we had very good meals
If we visit the area in the future, I cannot think of anything we would do differently re where to stay, other than perhaps including a night or two in downtown Chicago

The elevator broke down (we heard it does often) and we were on the 7th floor I'm 80 years old with a hip issue, we asked to be moved to the 1st floor but NO, so we got room on the 2nd floor but it was still very difficult to use 2 fights of stairs.
The bathtub was very slippery and the floor sticky.
The location was great but I don't think I will be back there.

it was just a room. Beds hard, Small. Fairly clean. We paid for a delux room and when we got to the room it was not a delux. The person who checked us in said nothing about it not being delux. She could not give us any kind of refund and said we had to contact Booking.com.

THEIVES!!! A global oandemic canceled my vacation and they still kept my money. I lost my job. I will not be taking this vacation . I have over over 5K on this trip and will.probably lose my home i lost my job...but no refund..no exceptions

Nice and clean. Staff was nice. Beware, there is a $20 fee you're charged at check-in for incidentals. Not sure what that means. I bring my own shampoo and soap. Perhaps I should have charged them the $20 for bringing my own incidentals.
I like this hotel and have stayed here a couple of times now. It’s within reasonable travel time/distance from downtown and the city with a safe travel route (blue line cta, bus to and from Rosemont). Very nice bar/diner with fair priced good food. Clean rooms and friendly staff
Alot. Property is right across the street from she'll. O'Hare is less then two miles. Yes you hear planes all the time but it's not the hotels fault. Staff is amazing. Room was bigger then expected. I'll definitely be back and recommend.
Close to O'Hare which is what we needed. About a $35 USD uber into town. Had a fire evacuation at 5.30am, false alarm, not the hotels fault but some recognition of the inconvenience would've been nice. Rooms a bit tired but clean enough
