I am handicap and can’t transfer from my wheel chair. I requested a handicapped room and it was anything but handicap accessible. The toilet had no assistant bars and the shower was totally inaccessible. How can someone use the facilities when you can even transfer into the shower or sit on the toilet? I’ve stayed at this property before and they have a perfect accessible room with a roll in shower and toilet with accessible bars. I was told that room wasn’t available. Imigine how terribly disappointed I was when my daughter was walked by the room and could see that they were using it as a storage room for several mattresses. Hotel is no Handicap accessible at all.

The staff is welcoming, the clean facility that did not smell of cleaning products, the breakfast and coffee were outstanding, the service was excellent and I like the lounging area for guests. Great thought went into the room layout.
