We had just returned from a cruise and needed a hotel for 2 nights before our flight back home. I have never stayed in a hotel like this. You have to ask for a coffee pot and hair dryer if you want them, you have to take out your garbage to a room down the hall. The ice machine didn't work but the lady at the desk got some for me. It was very clean and nice but the beds were a bit firm for me. Lots of places nearby to shop and eat. It is not easy to get around Sanford, too many divided streets that require you to go several blocks to make a U turn to go back to where you wanted to go. Very frustrating.

The staff was very nice but other than that, the convenience of being close to the airport is the only other positive.
I could not sleep because the smell and dampness of the room were awful! There was light coming thru the door because the door was not fitted.
Sorry for being critical but I am being honest!

Inexpensive hotels are a terrible choice in Sanford. They’re unsafe, dirty, and they will steal money from you at the hotels (overbooked hotel trying to charge me for a room I never got to step foot in and another canceled my booking and tried to rebook on another site for 50% more money like I wouldn’t notice)

Booking.com booked me a room from Best Western Sanford airport lake Mary with a spa tub in it book it online looked at the room pictures was interested in renting the room got to the hotel no spa tubs in the whole building but the site still says there is 2available very disappointing ruined my stay feel like I've been lied to and and tricks

they will let me get a smoking room because I order online and I've been get a smoking room online I had to cancel my reservation pay for my old reservation and give new reservation with them and they charged me $50 last time because I smoke in the room and I did not know it was a lung smoking room cuz I order a smoking room online

The Sanford Airport Police Department has a good sense of humor..see facebook page responses. Pat’s Liquor Store is amazing. Close to Cassadega and Deland.

Near Sanford Airport, friendly and helpful staff, free airport shuttle was great! Bed was comfortable. I was also given a 10% off coupon for a nearby Texas Roadhouse. I had to leave for my flight before breakfast hours, but they did leave some snacks out for early risers.
