Perfect location if you are going to the balloon fest. The park is about a 30 min walk. There are a bunch of restaurants and convenience stores near by. The breakfast was actually good, with hot options such as waffles and eggs. The employees were nice. The bed was very comfy.

Went for the 4th of July fireworks show and never had to leave the property. We saw fireworks show for miles all around the mountains.
