A delightful oasis for weary travellers. Even those passing through like we two on our way to catch a plane. Friendly efficient staff at reception. The breakfast a real deal. Hot and cold to suit all tastes and needs.
I went to a conference near the hotel. So the location was convenient but away from SF. Amazing personnel at front desk, cleaning and breakfast. Nice room with large bed and a sofa. I didn´t use the AC so I don´t know about. Cleaning every day. Very good breakfast with some variations every day which is always a nice surprise.
Loved everything about the Hotel. I'd definitely recommend staying here. Staff was courteous and very nice. The room was really comfortable, clean and homey. Fantastic! Loved my stay! Was genuinely sad to leave on my last day, which is something rare.
I was there for business, and the location was perfect for my needs. The property was reasonably well equipped and the staff were very helpful. I expect I'll stay there again when my work brings me back to San Carlos.
