Breakfast was great but the room is very small and there were a lot of people so I had to eat standing up.

Try to arrive mid-day or later in the evening.
Try to arrive mid-day or later in the evening. Google Maps sometimes got confused with all of the road construction going on. Nicely located central to most things we wanted to do in the region. Because we didn't want to navigate to the Mall of America, we took an Uber. That was partly on the recommendation of the staff at the hotel.
less than 30 minutes from the Outlet stores at Albertville, and 20 minutes from the Mall of America/Target Field and US Bank Stadium, we would stay in this hotel again.

We came for some appointments at the ENTSC. It was so nice to be able to walk to our appointment from the hotel. They gave us a discount since we were staying for a medical appointment. When we got an extra appointment the staff were accommodating and let us have a late check out! We also enjoyed walking to get a few groceries, our meals, and coffee! Everything we needed was walking distance! We will stay here again if we need to return.
Rooms are a decent size, comfortable bed, decent breakfast in am. Staff were very nice, friendly, helpful. Room was very quiet - even being full, with lots of children staying in the hotel, it was still very quiet.
