It was convenient and within walking distance to lots of nice restaurants and other amenities. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The complimentary breakfast, evening buffet, and 3 free drink tickets every night was nice.

St. Charles is an amazing place. The only thing that was a big disappointment was your public restroom downtown. Too small for number of people using it and it wasn’t clean. If this is the only available restroom I wish they’d step it out!

We were in town for a concert, it had been postponed from a year ago, so we were very anxious for it to happen. We had no problem with the city, or the venue that the concert was held in, but because we were unfamiliar with the surroundings, we expected some common courtesy from the staff of the motel, to assist us with the bare essentials, like eating!

I loved St Charles Historical district.
I loved St Charles Historical district. There were so many boutiques, specialty shops and places to eat. We spent two day in the historic downtown district on Main Street.
We ate at Louis and Clark restaurant. There blackened cod fish tacos were the best I have ever had. It came with a side dish and I choose the New Orleans style beans and rice with a splash of Louisiana hot sauce, which I highly recommend. They have happy hour from 3:00 - 6:00 a nice way to wind down from walking the Main Street shopping experience.
We stayed at COUNTRY INN BY RADISSON and this was the most pleasant experience I've had since COVID. Hospitality from all the employees was A+. They had hot breakfast everyday, coffee and tea available 24/7.
Justin the evening front desk administrator. Went was extremely knowledgeable on downtown Main street. If he didn't know something he was quick to find out.
Sorry this is so long but it was all a very pleasant experience.

It rained! Excellent location for shopping, dining and business.
The downtown Christmas SPIRIT wasn't the same as it was 10 yrs. ago.
The shops downtown weren't very cordial or have much of a seasonal flair! We would definitely NOT go back to St. Charles for the atmosphere of the town. Missing was the Santa Clauses dressed in the attire of various countries-unless we missed them. They used to dress to match the counties traditions and give out little cards describing their specific country of origin.. The Christmas spirit was gone!

St Charles area is a good destination with their Old Town...
St Charles area is a good destination with their Old Town area, proximity to Katy Trail, and close to Hermann, wine country scenic drives.
So, depending on where you are touring in the St Louis area, it is worth a look at St. Charles as a hotel location. Keep in mind that the metro area is very large and traffic is fairly heavy.

We loved the quaint shopping and dining area of St. Charles and the brick streets. There was street parking and free parking lots provided in the shopping areas. All the stores we visited had friendly staff. We ate at Magpie's the first evening and liked the food and service so much we ate lunch there the next day. The town is easy to get around but don't get in a hurry parking on the street as the curbs are really high. We were told about the fun events that occur several times throughout the year that make St. Charles a great place to visit in every season.

Everyday I ate breakfast at the hotel. The staff was very friendly, the food was hot and delicious. It had a variety of food selections to appease every individual specific diet. I loved the different flavors of tea; the tea was very soothing. The dining room was very clean and serene area to dine in.
Every time i come to St.Charles i book this hotel because is very comfy, clean and it's in a very beautiful zone. Breakfast is very complete and there's always coffe and tea for the guests.
Our evening meal in the restaurant was very good!
The waiter was great and the food and service were excellent. We enjoyed dining in the hotel it was very convenient.
