Waffles and coffee was good. Potatoes we cooked well but had a weird spice added to them.

Ruidoso has the best hiking trails at Grindstone Lake!
Ruidoso has the best hiking trails at Grindstone Lake! We hiked the Grindstone Lake Canyon trail which was 7 miles! It was so beautiful! Will definitely go back again! We also walked around Inn of the Mountain Gods. It is so pretty there. We ate a delicious meal at the Inn! We also walked around downtown and shopped at the cute little shops ! We bought a wooden bear! Would recommend Ruidoso to everyone!

Lovely little town currently recovering from a massive wild fire and huge flood. Still a great vacation location or a hub to visit surrounding towns. The weather in the summer is super, nice and cool. Lots of shopping and dining possibilities. Fun little town. Just watch out for the deer and elk!

Eventho I was there shortly after the wildfires & torrential rains, there were many parts that were not affected. The basic feel of Ruidoso was still there. The unique presence of wild horses & elk roaming the streets downtown, makes Ruidoso fun to visit. Lots of nature, golf, racing, gambling & shopping. Many nice relatively inexpensive restaurants with salad bars. This is a good example of why New Mexico is known as the land of enchantment.

Ruidoso is a perfect get a way trip.
Temperature is wonderful, scenery is breathtaking, lots to do and enjoy.
We stayed at the Apache Motel which is outstanding and highly recommend. Restaurants, stores, etc. are a "MUST DO" especially RUSTY BALLS! It is an AMAZING Place to stop by, visit and buy some souvenirs for family, friends, and yourself.👍 You are treated like family and I bet you'll go back time and time again to check out the custom vehicles and new merchandise. End of Mountain Gods is a happy place to visit hands down! Several Restaurants to fill your craving. All around Ruidoso is an easy place to get to and ENJOY!

Ruidoso is a small town tourist location that is below Ski Apache. Fall is a great time to see the beauty of the town and watch the leaves turn, although not as spectacular as Vermont. It's a great place to destress and relax, hike, ski, sightsee and more. I have been to Ruidoso 3 times and will return again with my wife to unwind and just enjoy life.

The breakfast was a joke! I travel the country and stay in hotels 125 nights a year. This was not breakfast it was horrible. The one staff member you had could not keep up with what every it was you where serving. No utensils, no pancake mix, no powdered eggs (💩), I looked at the mess and then watched for 15 minutes just to see who would eat this crap.
Amazing views, great location, able to have great family time for all ages - game room and large dining table. Enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub on patio with great sunset view of the mountains. Fire place added extra warmth to family time.
This is such a nice place to stay. The room was clean & comfortable. The staff were friendly. The landscaping is very nice. I enjoyed seeing many different birds. It was an enjoyable stay. We'll definitely plan on staying there again.
Only stayed for one night and it was a problem with my hotel bill ,told it was $95.00 dollars for the one night. But my credit card was charged for two night stay, My wife just informed me that it was taken care of correctly.
