The room was spacious and very well appointed. Gorgeous view and fireplace. Enjoyed sitting fireside in the lobby and playing cards and reading with family.

The room was spacious, with a nice view. The bed was comfortable. The deck was nice…just a little too cold for us to use.

Warm and cozy room. Unique place to stay. The bed was comfortable, and the towels were plush. About a seven-minute drive to downtown Camden which is a delightful seaside town. It has an unusual heater that is quieter than most wall units, although the whirring sound took getting used to. We enjoyed the morning coffee found in the lobby.

This is a bespoke property in a charming town. The employees were great and despite an initial hiccup with the room, the evening shift desk worker and manager (Christopher) were fantastic and resolved the issue quickly.

Cute, some great places to go, see, and enjoy. In mid-October things shut down after sundown. We DID spend most of our time in Rockland, Camden & Acadia, but Rockport provides a great experience for nature lovers.

The ROCKPORT area is great!
The ROCKPORT area is great! It’s in between Camden & Rockland. Both those towns can get pretty busy. But ROCKPORT is quieter & close enough to both towns without having to be in the middle of it.

Rockport is a lovely place however I wouldn't necessarily recommend it to anyone other than friends because I wouldn't like to see it get any more crowded in the summer time. I ate at my favorite Italian restaurant in Rockland. Rockport was a stopover for me on a trip further south in Maine.

Rockport is beautiful- ocean views n lots of seafood options. We actually took the Rockland Ferry and went to the island of Vinalhaven for 2 nights. Would have loved more time in Rockport and Rockland. The breakwater lighthouse is beautiful. We ate at Claws in Rockland - excellent!

Although websites said other wise all businesses were closed by 8 or 9 PM . It was like booking a vacation in a poor retirement community even my parents who’re in their mid 70s were disappointed. Very little to do in rockport at all and isn’t walking distance to anything. Booking my trip I was very excited it looked nice online but it was unfortunately a major disappointment. Most places were overpriced for an unsatisfying meal. The first time in my life I’ve had a disappointing lobster.

Nice curb appeal and common areas were spacious.
Nice curb appeal and common areas were spacious. However, very limited space for cothes storage. All closets were locked and tagged "owners" and also there was no access to the home other than through lots of steps in the front. We could not access the garage which would have been much easier to get our luggage and groceries in. Don't feel like this is a user friendly space nor is the right management support in place.

See reviews by guests who stayed at hotels in Rockport
The room was good, with comfortable beds, a refrigerator with a small freezer (very welcome), etc. The breakfast was just take-away but a very nice selection of foods. The manager (owner?) was accommodating and helpful. It was the best of the various hotels/motels that we have stayed in during our trip.
Best part was the extraordinary, exceptional homemade breakfast: omelettes, blueberry pancakes and banana bread (owner's Grandma's recipe). In the back, the hotel had relaxing spot with a beautiful meadow with shady trees and picnic tables.
Friendly staff. Breakfast outside although weather was kind so didn't matter.
Lots of plastic gets chucked away, knives, forks, spoons, cups etc...seems to be the norm in USA in small hotels etc..no attempt to recycle
