Fontana Village Resort & Marina, hotel in Robbinsville

Set in Fontana Village, Fontana Village Resort & Marina features a bar. Featuring a restaurant, the 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom. The hotel has family rooms.

We LOVE Fontana Village! The pool is a huge hit as well as mini golf. The restaurants and general store provide all you need for a few days. A great place for a getaway weekend with young kids. This was our second time visiting in 3 years and the improvements they have made recently are great. Continues to be an incredible mountain gem that we hope to continue to visit yearly.

I believe it to be a sweet town.

I believe it to be a sweet town. We had an emergency late at night from our campground and once we got to town to find urgent care everyone from a shell station worker who lead us to the emt station and the EMT people were amazing. Then the Walgreens was amazing the next day for the prescriptions and crutches on hand! The town smells of delicious bbq as well!

This facility was all that it was advertised to be!

This facility was all that it was advertised to be! The rooms and beds were comfortable, especially the mother-in-law suite which I occupied. The whole facility was very attractive and clean. We enjoyed using the main kitchen for our meal prep, and the 3 of us ate our meals at the breakfast nook. We did not need the large dinner table that was set for 8. All the art in the facility was an added bonus and made the home very interesting and attractive. We could tell that it is owned and decorated by artists. The only downside was that we blew the breaker in the kitchen a couple time, but it was easily available in the basement for reset. We drove to several hiking spots in the nearby mountains and had good hikes. Restaurants in the area were good, too.

    I love Robbinsville.

I love Robbinsville. It used to be remote and not easy to get to, but now they are building new roads into Robbinsville. It is a small mountain town with great views all around with a courthouse square.

I did not feel safe a few times the people walking around...

I did not feel safe a few times the people walking around were very disturbing . Sunday when I checked out walking down the street was a 50 yr old man or so has his penis in his hand hitch hiking . A lot of questionable characters walking around .
