We stayed there based on cost. It is an older motel. Looked a little sketchy on the outside, but the room was modern, the water clean and hot (nice shower temperature), the bed comfortable, and the heating/cooling worked well. Would I stay there again? Yes. Guess that says it all.

It was very quiet. They gave us an accessible room on the first floor without me asking, and I was very happy because my mother was with me. She is 80 and has bad knees. The room was across from the breakfast room and close to the pool. It's a good location, and has a nice pool area. All in all I was very pleased.
Nice spacious clean room and very nice and friendly staff. Lokation also good, next to the University of River Falls. The restaurant next to the hotel has a good menu and a bar open till midnight. So even if you arrive late you can have a meal and a drink.
Very nice place for the price. The staff was super nice and friendly, as well as helpful. The pool and hot tub were nice sized compared to some hotels. You had a nice choice to pick from for breakfast, and the place was very very very clean.
The only thing I use a hotel for is a place to crash for the night. I don’t care about any fancy amenities, which this place had, and this place was just fine for my stay.
