the place can be hotter than other places i have been to in california. prices of things are a little expensive like other parts of california.
the people in Redding seemed a little more friendly than other places. I went to Bethek church and the place was full of people who had come to worship their God.
I would definitely go back to visit Redding again but stay longer than my last visit.

We stopped in Redding in both directions on our trip to LA. The first time was for lunch, and we went to the park with the Sundial Bridge. We had an excellent lunch at the nearby restaurant, and explored the bridge. We could have done a lot more there, but it was too hot and we had a schedule to keep.
The second time, we spent the night. We found the Outdoor Sculpture Garden near City Hall as a place to stretch our legs before dinner. It was great!

Great hotel. Had everything we needed, lovely comfortable bed and the added bonus of a lounge area. Good breakfast the next morning. Easy to drive to downtown Redding for dinner too. A great place to stay at a great price.
Nice hotel/motel on the outskirts of Redding. Parking was great, room was fine. Not much around the hotel so you do need a car to go for food etc. Breakfast was included and was a good way to start the day.
Breakfast was awesome, the best at any hotel I've stayed at, the waiter was very polite and courteous,
my grandchildren loved the pool, over all we had an excellent stay. We will be back again.
This Motel was in the Old Town Redding, off the freeway, hard to find. Check in was quick but counter person was rude.
The only good thing was the room was very clean.
